This region has been outperforming year on year and this growth needs to accelerate further. The General Trade channel is under developed and needs to be a key contributor to growth in the coming 5 years.The role is focused on the General Trade , Traditional Trade and Wholesale channels covering the entirety of Saudi Arabia. It encompasses managing the distributor relationship and sales team effectively to deliver the sales targets set as well as maintaining and building relationships with the customers directly. The responsibility is broad as you will be required to manage multiple regions, cities and customers within the channels to further develop our brands. This role will report directly to the Head ofSo, what does it take to be successful in this role?Channel Management: Oversee Wholesale, Groceries, and Traditional Trade channels in General Trade sector. Distribution Expansion: Increase core product distribution in regions and cities. New Product Launches: Coordinate launches in General Trade, collaborating with distributors and marketing. Operational Efficiency: Improve van operations, incentive plans, and sales strategies for growth. Performance Monitoring: Review weekly performance, forecast sales accurately, manage trade spends, and conduct market visits for updates.
