We are seeking Brand Ambassadors in our Rotterdam stores while leveraging their social media influence to help promote ESPRIT's brand and products.Responsibilities Customer Engagement Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing exceptional service and personalized recommendations. Brand Advocacy Promote ESPRIT's brand and products on your social media platforms (Instagram and TikTok), showcasing your personal style and your favorite ESPRIT items. Visual Merchandising Maintain store appearance by ensuring displays are visually appealing, the store is tidy, and products are well-organized. Product Knowledge Stay up-to-date with ESPRIT's latest collections and trends to effectively assist customers. Social Media Coordination Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and in-store events. Feedback and Insights Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to help improve our products and services. Qualifications Must be a social media enthusiast with a significant following on Instagram and TikTok. Passion for fashion and an understanding of ESPRIT's brand and style. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and individually. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
