Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Moderator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage our social media platforms, engage with our audience, and maintain our brand's voice across all digital landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all social media platforms to ensure a safe and positive community.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create and schedule regular, engaging content relevant to our target audience.
- Analyze social media metrics to determine effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience for 3+ years as a social media moderator or in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms and marketing strategies across them.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance.
- Fluent in English
