JOB TITLE
Talent Management Specialist | MAF Global Solutions | HC

ROLE SUMMARY
Role Purpose: The role of the Talent Management Specialist will provide timely support to the Talent Management activities and initiatives under the Global Solutions Human Capital service delivery function. This role will serve as an experienced Human Capital Professional in supporting the ongoing Talent Management activities related to (Performance Management – Talent Identification – Critical Roles identification – IDPs, Succession planning and projects).

ROLE PROFILE


  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent performance team by supporting projects, conducting research, analyzing programs, and providing critical feedback that helps solve team problems or improve talent performance processes and
  • Partnership with the assigned Operating Companies and act as a trusted shared services focal point
  • Play the role of the project coordinator / planner for the assigned projects
  • Provides regular, periodic, and ad-hoc reports to Operating Companies following the standard SLA timelines as assignment by the Talent Manager and the Talent associate manager.
  • Implement transactional backend Talent Management processes on SuccessFactors end-to-end in close coordination with the HCDX team and in accordance with the agreed SLA timelines.
  • Proactively highlight issues, obstacles and opportunities regarding Talent Management processes and structurally present them to the Global Solutions Talent Management Management team.


REQUIREMENTS


  • 3 years of general professional experience in Talent Management or Human Resources related role.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with other Human Resources systems such as Talent Management systems (Success Factors preferred).
  • Prior experience with talent assessment and succession planning is preferred.
  • Experience in a large, global organization is preferred.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and detail-orientation, commitment to flawless execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills working all level within the organization,
