In your role as Talent Service Specialist, you partner with GM Egypt different functions to enable the execution of the various people services with the main emphasis on building GM’s talent pipeline and aligning talent growth with talent development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivers a range of services of GBS talent services and shared services. Focus on the user/employee experience while improving operational excellence with effectiveness, cost and quality through digital solutions.
  • Developing best in class tools for performing standard HR functions including Achievers and Workday. Driving a Self-service first approach which enable employees to quickly self-service commonly accessed items such as address changes, life changes and dependent information.
  • Enable the HR organization to quickly acquire and analyze data for insights and decision making.
  • Carry out organizational capability assessments and training needs analyses aligned with our evolving career framework competencies and in line with proposed career path opportunities across teams and functions.
  • Define, track and evaluate the effectiveness training programs.
  • Create education related communications.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of learning and training trends, developments and best practices.
  • Drive adoption of approved technology enablers to elevate our learning strategy and experience in GM Egypt using our tools and channels “Degreed, Percipeo, LMS”
  • Support for GM Learning series – We are GM, PL basic, Unconscious Bias.. etc.
  • Create & admin GM Egypt learning SharePoint Project and contents update
  • Admin Global learning System – Download report, upload contents, Communication window between Local and Global team.
  • Work closely with the GM Egypt HR Director on developing and exploring options of female development programs.
  • Translation support in various global activities including Hourly Workplace of Choice.
  • Support and administrate employees yearly employment contract (salaried & hourly)
  • Maintain all logistics for employees engagement calendar through out the year
  • Provide logistics support for all PHR activities (inhouse trainings)
