Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and make informed hiring decisions. Track recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity and inclusion. Contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 0-2 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices. Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent command of English both spoken and written. Analytical mindset and ability to leverage recruitment metrics.* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced global environment.
