Interface with stakeholders and consultants to obtain requirements and ensure timely communication of project information. Advise on layout, design, and construction approaches, prepare design briefs, studies, and obtain statutory approvals for the project. Job Context Manage the design process, obtain stakeholder approvals, and ensure compliance with cost and program parameters. Oversee Tender Documents, including pre-tender briefings and As-Built drawings, while interfacing with Operations, Commercial Management, Marketing, Sales, and Leasing teams. Report on project development, monitor unit performance, and provide support across various stages, from design to procurement and marketing. Required Skills To Be Successful Minimum Experience: 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in Design Management positionJob-Specific Skills Arabic and English proficiency is a must. Professional skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and digital imaging software Behavioural Competencies Ability to work under high pressure and carry out simultaneous multi-tasks.
