Project Specialist - Micro Transport

Job Req Number: 78235Time Type: Full TimeRole Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with system stakeholders, identifying process automation initiatives, resolving issues, and providing support to end users.Responsibilities: Communicate with system stakeholders to identify new process automation initiatives and resolve issues throughout the change request process. Coordinate with operational teams and system technical teams to resolve issues within the required timeframe and recommend changes to system features if necessary. Provide coaching, training, and front-line support for system end users. Plan and align User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end users. Provide day-to-day support for system users.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT related field preferred with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in the logistics industry is preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Ability to write processes and SOPs documentations. Capable of managing multiple tasks.
