An executive recruiter is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO).Roles & ResponsibilitiesAn exciting opportunity to join an expanding construction company in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational health and strategic operational management, contributing to the group’s mission of delivering innovative solutions in the construction sector. This will involve strategic planning, operational reporting and analysis, risk management, compliance as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction company.Desired Candidate ProfileApplicants should meet the following criteria:A degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar.MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.A minimum of 15 years post graduate experience with at least 5 years experience within the Middle East.Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role within the construction or related industries.In-depth knowledge of operational management, efficiency optimization, and analysis.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.An excellent communicator able to lead and implement change.#OTHER#OTHER
