Job Description
ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations.Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.Managing directors, GM, CEO.Set policies and processes.Handle the legal matters.Vender management.Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).Benchmark with marketing agencies.Public relations.Team management.Quality Control.Oversee recruitment and training of new employeesOther RequirementsProven experience as an Operation Manager or similar role.Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.).Strong analytical ability.Excellent communication skills.Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.BSc/BA in Business Administration, MSc/MA is a plus.
