If you are an experienced SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors consultant and you want to extend your expertise, we invite you to join Capgemini Global Delivery Center.Capgemini is hiring SAP consultants for the following areas:SAP Finance.SAP Controlling.SAP HCM.SAP SuccessFactors (EC, PMGM, RCM, Payroll, Onboarding).SAP Joint Venture accounting JVA.SAP SD with Variant configuration skills.SAP Logistics: Procurement and EWM.SAP BTP Application development and integration.SAP Cloud Architect.Duties & Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into SAP system design and configuration.Configure and customize SAP modules based on client requirements, ensuring the system aligns with best practices and industry standards.Conduct system testing, identify and resolve issues, and perform data migration and system integration tasks.Provide training to end-users on SAP modules and functionalities to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilization of the system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP solutions.Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, functionalities, and best practices to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients.Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP systems, resolving technical issues and ensuring system stability.Document system configurations, processes, and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.Qualifications:Bachelor of computer engineering or any relevant studies.Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP industry.Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.Good hands-on experience on SuccessFactors integrations.Effective communication skills and able to relay information well in both written and verbal form.A good understanding of product business know-how would be an advantage.Good interpersonal interaction and able to work well with the team and Client stakeholders.
