Customer Operations Specialist for an Egyptian customer Title: Customer Operations SpecialistIndustry: FintechPosition Type: Full-TimeLocation: Sheikh ZayedAbout the job: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated customer service/operations specialist toenhance our customer experiences. You will be tracking all points of customerengagement, addressing customer queries, identifying ways to improve our customerservices, and collaborating with internal departments to optimize customer services andbrand awareness.Responsibilities: Nurturing in-bound and qualified leads into registered customers. Achieving customer acquisition targets across the key sectors. Resolving and reacting to relevant customer inquiries. Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints. Manage customer requests throughout the journey from acquiring documents andprofiling to status follow-up and activation. Liaise with merchants and financial institutions to ensure successful booking of customer requests. Maintain high quality of data entry for leads, customers, and requests. Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences. Responding to customer queries promptly and effectively via phone, email, social media, or chat applications. Developing reports as required and generating insightful metrics supporting theexecutive-level board. Documenting processes and logging technical issues, as well as customer complimentsand complaints.Desired Skills And ExperienceWho are we looking for?Holder of a Bachelor's degree.At least 1 year experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer support role.
