To apply, please send us your 1-minute video telling us who you are and why do you think you are the right fit for the role.As a Content Creator and Editor, you will create, edit, and manage all the audio-visual assets for the talent's daily posting on social media and supporting concepts for various digital platforms. Your job role includes constantly being proactive in developing new ideas and concepts to try. You should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills to pick up quickly on trends and leverage on opportunities. You should also have an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings. Your core skill is to be a creative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment.What You’ll DoImplement the talent's social media strategy and expand it over time.Understand and follow the talent's branding and reflect it in any created assets.Brainstorm and implement new and creative ideas for the talent's social media pages.Create and edit content for the talent's Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), and website.Work with a range of media and keep up to date with emerging technologies.Work closely with the Talent Manager to conceptualize and develop visuals and video content.Plan concepts by studying information and materials.Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for use.Estimate the time required to complete a job and meet deadlines.Use a professional camera that you will consistently need to have with you.Shoot, produce, write, and edit high-end videos and photos.Assemble all raw footage with camera shots to make initial content drafts.Input uncut rushes and sound and synchronize and store them into files on the computer and shared drive.Shortlist top pictures from a raw selection.Digitally cut the files to put together the video sequence and decide what is usable.Create a "rough cut" (or assembly edit) of the video and determine the exact cutting for the next and final stages.Reorder and fine-tune the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video.Oversee the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.Experiment with styles and techniques, including graphic elements' design, while keeping consistent with the talent's branding guidelines.Select and suggest a selection of music based on the video thematic and the talent's style.Carry out online editing duties, which involve finalizing technical aspects such as correcting faulty footage, grading, coloring, and adding special effects and subtitles.
