The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.Job DescriptionSocial Media & Influencer ManagerThis position is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement. Additionally, he/she will cultivate and manage relationships with influencers to amplify our brand reach.Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goalsCreate engaging and shareable content across various social media platformsGenerate creative and compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copyCollaborate with the design team to ensure visual consistency and brand messagingIdentify and establish relationships with relevant influencers in the industryNegotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectivesConceptualize and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversionsUse data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance social media presenceRespond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platformsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldProven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practicesExperience in influencer marketing and relationship managementStrong creative and writing skills, with an eye for visual aestheticsProficient in social media analytics toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills First name *This field is required.
