JOB PURPOSE As a part of Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) to ensure continuous analysis of asset breakdowns from SAP Notifications/PM P's related to equipment and to provide continuous feedback to reliability methodologies including criticality assessment. Support and coordinates with reliability methodologies SM E's & Asset Engineers to develop & implement corrective actions for identified failures.To build high reliability organization by reducing failures and eliminate recurrence of same failures. KEY ACOUNTABILITIES Collect and report asset breakdowns from Maintenance Planning to concerned Department/ Section Manager.Collect and report PM P's related to equipment from Operation departments to concerned Department/ Section Manager.Collect and report EHSS incidents caused by equipment failure from EHSS department to concerned Department/ Section Manager. Ensure that Operation department classify the severity of breakdown as per risk matrix (Cl, C2, C3, C4, ... )Ensuring maintenance planning classify the severity of asset breakdowns in terms of maintenance cost through SAPEnsure Alignment with RCA specialistEnsure criticality assessment team is reporting any change in asset criticality to planning department for necessary updates in SAP.Filter breakdowns of assets which are not in scope of APM.Capture repeated defects in assets covered by APM methodologies via SAP notifications, Bad Actors identification and Performance Killers actions monitoring.Assist asset engineers to perform reliability growth analysis. REQUIREMENTS Degree in one of the Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical).Minimum 5 years' experience in Plant Maintenance, Operations and Support Services or Engineering.Possess analytical approach for solving problemsPossess skill for conflict resolution among interested partiesPossess good communication skillExperience and understanding of production management processes as well as plant operationsAnalytical, methodical and open minded
