The position will report directly to the Watch Officer. The position may take direction from many military components including the section officer in charge. Program: OMDAC-SWACAThis position offers company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus and tuition reimbursement program!You must satisfy all host country requirements to legally work in the host country in order to be qualified for this position..Responsibilities Provides direct support to the ARC of Current Operations Division and information on all ASIs and equipment placed in HAZCON status under the responsibility of the regional NOC. Provides technical and operational support to functional users for managing, monitoring and maintaining situational awareness of all ASIs and equipment placed in HAZCON status under the responsibility of the regional NOC. Provides assistance in preparing and presenting HAZCON/outage reports for the Current Operations Division, monitor HAZCON outages, and compiles and assists in completing outage trend analysis reports for the Current Operations Division. Assists in providing operational status reporting to the regional NOC relating to network operations. Participates in inter-NOC information dissemination, provides initial response to events detected, and assigns trouble tickets to the appropriate regional NOC or USARCC-SWA division or team for further analysis and resolution. The environment exposes you to moderate noise levels due to cooling and other equipment. The work environment will be 95% indoor and 5% outdoor. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required. High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field preferred. Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience working in the IT field and/or communications. Must be familiar with DISA operations circulars, DOD circuit actions and TSO/TSR processing requirements. Must be familiar with Remedy Action Request System for trouble ticket reporting.
