It is also the parent company of multiple F&B concepts like Caya, Two At Symphony, Karak House, Parka, Social House, GIA, Markette, Carpo and Angelina under its umbrella.Guided by our values & positivity, we bring prevailing international & home-grown brands, delivering the highest levels of retail & f&b excellence and experiences to our guestsThe backbone of our vision is to pursue opportunities to grow and expand our presence locally and internationally while adhering to our core values and bringing synonymous moments and experiences to lifeResponsibilities: ● Utilize advanced proficiency in one of the following programming languages: Python, Django, or PHP, to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and translate them into technical specifications.● Develop robust and scalable backend systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.● Participate actively in Agile Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.● Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices to enhance the development process and stay current with industry trends.● Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the organization.● Provide availability to support the project when needed and take full ownership of assigned tasks to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.● Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.● Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Django, or PHP.● Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.● Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications: ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BE/BTech, MCA).● Experience with backend-related technologies such as database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elastic Search), API development, and server-side frameworks.● Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.● Experience with cloud services and deployment platforms such as AWS or Azure.● Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
