Responsibilities:Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and manage the bidding process for elevator parts and materials.Evaluate and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with potential suppliers.Select qualified suppliers based on factors like quality, price, delivery lead times, and reliability.Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts.Monitor supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality specifications.Manage supplier relationships and identify opportunities for cost savings.Analyze inventory levels and implement strategies for maintaining optimal stock levels.Manage import/export processes for materials, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.Generate reports on procurement activities and inventory levelsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience within the elevator industry.Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Location: New Cairo,First Settlement
