Job Description:


Execute and manage all Employees processes on HR systems from joining, moving, and leaving. Owns HR systems and data management to be all Maintain all employees’ records/activities on system, as well as Ensure that all standard reporting requirements into the business are delivered on time.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain employee records in Workday through Joining, moving, leaving (JML) lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update cost centres in systems.
  • Maintain and update accurate bonus plans for Annual pay review (APR)
  • Manage absence and time off records.
  • Execute reports for relevant stakeholders with requested requirements.
  • Support any internal and external audit requirements where data from the HR systems is required.
  • Support with interactions with Senior stakeholders.
  • Driving simplification of HR processes and promoting data based on organizational decisions as well as accurate HR data management across the systems.

Qualifications


  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • English & German Fluency.
  • Workday knowledge is a plus.  
  • Sound knowledge using reporting platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to changing markets.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Target driven.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team player.
  • Genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy
  • Strong organization skills as well as attention to detail and diligence
