In this role you will be reporting to Sales & Mak Mgr & EL Commercial Leader and will be responsible for designing promotional strategy in line with the sales strategy and ensuring the planning and timely execution of promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the assigned target audience.Your responsibilitiesCreating and implementing a long-term promotional strategy with technical promotional activities plan for a dedicated target groupAligning the promotional strategy and activities plan with the sales strategy and sales activities planEnsuring that the promotions team supports the sales organization by providing on-time and quality technical support and technical training to the target audience resulting in high customer satisfactionCreating business opportunities by providing support and fostering collaborations with key decision-makers, both within buying and non-buying segmentsEnsuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniquesEnsuring that the promotions team possesses the capability to establish and maintaining effective, long-term relationships and ensuring a positive customer target group experience throughout various promotional activitiesYour backgroundBachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringMinimum 10 years of experience in relevant fieldExperience in designing, technical manager roleExperience with ABB components and suppliersExperience in switchgear design and componentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsRetirement planMore about usABB's Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity.
