This supports the ability to protect and enable growth across Geidea, by establishing, standardizing and monitoring key business processes across Geidea. Work closely with teams and leadership to achieve a strong process-driven environment that enhances and protects organizational value.ResponsibilitiesIdentify key business processes of high impact across Geidea, and lead the process KPI definition, monitoring, improvement and reporting for these processes Set up new business processes from scratch using BPM standard practices, including setting up systemization and process monitoring Work cross-functionally to drive the implementation, systemization, automation, monitoring and continuous improvement of various business processes Lead the maturity of key business processes across teams Prioritize, monitor and support the work done by the Business Process Management team on a regular basis Set up key metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes Design processes with a keen eye on enhancing customer experience and journey in fintech. Work closely with the compliance team to integrate risk management and fraud prevention measures. Lead, mentor, and grow the BPM team to understand and respect the regulatory landscapes of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the UAE. Foster a culture of strict adherence to regulations and continuous learning. Monitors the audit reports, audit scope, procedures, findings and recommendations. Assess new changes to existing processes to identify financial and operational risks before launch and recommend improvements. Revision of Process documents, process mappings, and forms of followed procedures and activities for various functions in concerned departments, including in compliance with ISO 9001 clauses and standards. Assist the Business Process team to Build, set up, deploy and manage the Quality Management System as per ISO 9001 requirements Planning job activities for the BPM team by defining the Objectives and KPI’s.Requirements 13+ years of experience Change Management ISO 9001 and other Standards related Internal Audit Lean Six Sigma / RCA / FMEA & Business Administration. Core Skills required: Process management skills Change management skills Reporting research results. Documentation skills.
