Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets.Job DescriptionAssist Online QC for the Organoleptic inspection of incoming Raw materials.Carry out organoleptic and physical inspection of in process materials in the production floor and making records.Inspection of Food contact surfaces and daily hygiene.Verification of the labels before production and approve them before applying on the products, ensure the correct labels are placed on the finished goods.Inspect employee personal hygiene.Assist Online QC in CCP Monitoring.Issuing and monitoring of chemicals required for the production and cleaning purpose.Instruct and Monitor the Hygiene Associates for proper cleaning of the equipment’s and facility.Inspecting the recipe and ingredients used for production process.Assist Online QC to maintain the online Quality Records.Assist QA Manager in the customer audits and Certification Audits.Support the development of food safety, health and quality culture in production process.
