Job DescriptionThe opportunity: We are looking for a game changer QA Automation Tester to join our technology team. The ideal candidate has experience in testing customer facing digital journeys within FinTech, Crypto, and as a part of our agile team, will be leading the testing side of our products.ResponsibilitiesYou will maintain and improve a well-designed QA process which is aligned with QA best practicesYou will take part in the full development cycle (spring planning, daily scrums, retrospectives) all the way from development to releaseActively participate in planning, definition, design, integration, and improvement of existing test automation framework to assist the teams to deliver fasterManaging day-to-day QA tasks as specified by the project launch schedule (Responsible for testing a feature by reviewing the code changes, executing test scenarios and match with the requirements)Build a stable test automation framework (Mobile/web/API) from scratchMaintain the regression test automation suite and distribute the reports. Configure the test automation to run across multiple environments and platforms with reusabilityJob requirementsQualificationsA BSc or MSC in computer science engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of experienceExperience testing banking and/or financial mobile applications (Android and iOS)Experience in debugging the errors and reporting the logs using native development toolsExperience working with Docker containersExperience in working with version control (GIT)Experience Continuous Integration experience (Gitlab, Github Actions, etc)Behavior Driven Development Knowledge (Frameworks like Cucumber is a plus)Experience in working with cloud farms (BrowserStack, pcloud, saucelabs, etc)Experience programming in one or more of the following: Js, Java, swift, dart, Go, etc.Experience working with one or more mobile automation framework (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest , Flutter, etc.Experience working with one or more UI automation framework (Cypress, Selenium Webdriver, Playwright, etc)Experience with cloud solutions (AWS)Experience building robust test automation from the scratch and maintaining itAt M2 diversity is our strength and we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
