It isn’t a question.Job Purpose: Lead the demand planning activities for North and Central Africa region through owning LOC CCC process, leading DRM-Pre DRM forums and liaising with commercial, Supply and Finance stakeholders all relevant activitiesJob Related Experience:Manage the Demand Planning process on a monthly basis across all sales channels, aiming to deliver a 36-months horizon consensus volume forecast.Coordinate and facilitate the Demand Planning Cycle and its relevant meetings.Develop and execute demand planning strategies to ensure accurate forecasts and optimize inventory levels.Lead and coordinate cross functional team meetings, aiming to deliver the best possible alignment within the organization.Challenge Sales and Marketing input to the volume forecast.Follow up the product lifecycle status from pre-launch phase to the obsolescence.Collaborate with Finance to ensure volume and value forecasting alignment and maintain information systems updated.Work closely with the Supply Planning teams to ensure proper forecast visibility and optimized safety stock coverage.Build strong networks and relationships with Senior Managers in the Commercial organization.Drive the implementation of process automation and digitalization within the Supply Chain function, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Flow, etc.Why you?Qualifications & SkillsBachelors Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Business ,Pharmaceutical studies ,Engineering5 to 7 years’ experience of relevant experienceRole requires advanced supply chain technical knowledge, mastery of demand planning skillsWhy Join Us?The future of everyday health is changing.
