Role SummaryPurpose to improve the positive impact of our medicines on patients and society and create better customer experienceFocused on providing educational & scientific content to support HCPs & drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific contentStreamline customer interface by acting as single POC for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer SMEs and resourcesResponsible for onboarding customers to operating model platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertiseImprove service provided along with design expertiseActively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracyRole ResponsibilitiesHSP/TA responsibilities may include one of the below subjects:Therapeutic Area: HSP/TA Liaison will focus on providing educational & scientific content to support HCPs to improve the impact of our medicines on patients and society while also creating a better customer experienceKey Focus Areas:Proactive to KOLs and reactive to both KOLs and specialistsDrive deeper engagement on educational & scientific contentKnowledge of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selectionBetter physician knowledge of our data in the context of improving patient impact and experienceOnboarding of HCP on Digital Engagement PortalPartnership: HSP/Partnership will be responsible for partnering with HCPs & KOLs / organizations multidisciplinary teams design and implement digital solutions and to ensure best experience of Pfizer productsOwn customer coverage plan for identified business area and ensure adequate coverage while also preventing overlap with other commercial function areasKey Focus Areas:Partnership with multidisciplinary stakeholders internal and external (account executives/ BT/ admins/nursing/ clinical ph./policy makers/etc.) to enhance the impact of our medicines of Pfizer products.
