Job Description

What you will enjoy doing
  • Support the L&D team in training Implementation, administration and evaluation (Venues, Catering, Printing Material if needed, attendance management, Invoices, evaluations, certificates and local/regional reports) for MENA Cluster.
  • Create and Track training and development plans & discuss KPIs together with the Managers to ensure programs are effective.
  • Monitor and track the performance management cycle throughout the year for MENA Cluster.
  • Support in the screening process for employees recruitment.
  • Support in organizing Corporate events, Dinners / Team Building events, recognition events, CSR Project farewell parties, etc to provide more engaging and motivating workplace culture and environment.
