Job Description
What you will enjoy doing
- Support the L&D team in training Implementation, administration and evaluation (Venues, Catering, Printing Material if needed, attendance management, Invoices, evaluations, certificates and local/regional reports) for MENA Cluster.
- Create and Track training and development plans & discuss KPIs together with the Managers to ensure programs are effective.
- Monitor and track the performance management cycle throughout the year for MENA Cluster.
- Support in the screening process for employees recruitment.
- Support in organizing Corporate events, Dinners / Team Building events, recognition events, CSR Project farewell parties, etc to provide more engaging and motivating workplace culture and environment.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
- Ability to deal with people from all nationalities and cultures
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Active and fast learner
- Good Time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Very good skills in MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.)
- Excellent command of English.
