SAP C4C Technical Consultant

Job Summary:As an SAP C4C Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions to meet the specific business requirements of our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions within the SAP C4C platform. Your role will involve configuring, developing, and integrating SAP C4C modules to optimize customer relationship management processes and deliver value-added solutions.Responsibilities:Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and business analysts to understand business requirements and design technical solutions using SAP C4C platform capabilities. Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with client objectives and best practices.Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP C4C modules, including sales, marketing, and service, to meet client-specific requirements. Customize the platform using SAP Cloud Applications Studio to extend standard functionalities and address unique business needs.Integration: Design and implement integrations between SAP C4C and other systems, such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, third-party applications, and external data sources. Develop integration interfaces using SAP Cloud Platform Integration or other middleware solutions.Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities to transfer relevant data from legacy systems to SAP C4C. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the migration process.Technical Documentation: Create technical specifications, configuration documents, and development guides to document solution design, configuration settings, and customizations. Maintain documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and support ongoing system maintenance.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of SAP C4C solutions. Identify and resolve issues and defects in a timely manner.Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users and client IT teams to enable them to effectively use and maintain SAP C4C solutions. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP C4C features, technologies, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, optimization, and innovation to enhance the value delivered to clients.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Excellent Arabic and English Language and communication SkillsProven experience in implementing and customizing SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions.Strong technical proficiency in SAP Cloud Applications Studio, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA Cloud Platform, and related technologies.Knowledge of CRM concepts and business processes, particularly in sales, marketing, and service domains.Experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA integration is desirable.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment.SAP certifications in relevant areas (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Cloud for Customer) are a plus.
