You will provide professional coverage of Technical Support Helpdesk. You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues. You will build internal relationships to expedite complicated cases. You will develop broad understanding of customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools. You will ensure proper onboarding and recording of all activities and communication. You will address systemic coordination of issues.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate issue identification and analysisTrack, investigate and resolve technical issuesResponding promptly to customer inquiriesWork within a team of dedicated global technical resources focused on delivering customer satisfaction excellence for the Connected BuildingsBuild relationships with both internal and external customersEnsure that each customer’s experience meets the high standard of HCE Technical Support professionalsCollaborate with teams to manage and drive timely & satisfactory customer case resolutionTest and verify products & new featuresEnsure offerings follow the RMP processes and gating criteria, support onboarding and coordination with the various Ops teamsAble to set priorities and remain flexible in a changing environmentActs with a sense of urgency, a bias for action and speedYOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of Experience working with technical customer supportMicrosoft Azure fundamental certificationKnowledge of MS SQL Server or other relational databasesKnowledge and experience in MS Windows based environment, MS Windows networkingKnowledge of Containers and scripting languagesKnowledge on HVAC systemsWE VALUEKnowledge of Azure IOTWorking knowledge on the Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impactHas a positive and professional work attitudeAdditional InformationJOB ID: HRD226504Category: EngineeringLocation: Emaar Buss.Park; Bld.2,Sheikh Zayed Road,Dubai,DUBAI,United Arab EmiratesExempt
