Facility Specialist

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all company facilities. Coordinate team travel arrangements, both domestic and international, overseeing tasks such as travel requests, transportation, accommodation, passport and visa applications, local logistics, and providing emergency assistance. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with relevant departments to address facility-related needs. Optimize the utilization of office space based on organizational needs. Plan and execute office reconfigurations or relocations as necessary. Liaise with external vendors and service providers for facility-related services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company assets and personnel. Oversee access control systems and protocols. Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in facility management or a related role. Excellent proficiency in English. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building codes. Strong organizational and project management skills.
