Production Leadership: Oversee the entire video production process, from concept development to post-production, including scriptwriting and editing. Client Engagement: Conduct discovery calls to fully understand client goals and craft tailored project proposals that align with their vision. Budget Management: Develop comprehensive budgets for client projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for optimal production value. Creative Oversight: Work directly with video editors and production teams, providing artistic direction and feedback to achieve the desired outcomes. Project Advancement: Employ problem-solving skills to keep projects moving forward, addressing any challenges that arise during production. Industry Innovation: Stay aware of the latest trends and technologies, including new AI tools, to enhance creative processes and output. Qualifications:Solid background in film, video production, and art, with a portfolio showcasing high-end video projects. Proven experience in scriptwriting and working directly with video editors to craft compelling narratives. Strong client-facing skills, with experience conducting discovery calls and managing client relationships. Exceptional taste and a deep understanding of visual aesthetics, capable of providing clear creative direction. Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to keep video production projects on track. Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly AI tools, to enhance creative production. Previous experience in branding and creative agencies is preferred.
