Job Description Summary
The On Wing Support Technician will provide quick-turn aircraft engine maintenance, repair and field services.
In the On Wing Support Technician role, you will provide, troubleshooting, field repairs, and line maintenance while developing positive relationships with customers through outstanding customer awareness.

Essential Responsibilities:
Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects. Inform and Focus the needs of customers, always delivering with focus. Build customer relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives. Act with humility and lead with transparency at all times.
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED Minimum of 24 months of experience in repair of large commercial engines Ability and willingness to travel on short notice to domestic and international air locations of large commercial engines, as required Team player with flexible approach and ability to work with diverse cultures Demonstrated quality, compliance and customer satisfaction skill LEAP, CFM, and GENX experience.
