Job SummaryThe ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant is responsible for guiding organizations in leveraging the ServiceNow platform to enhance their strategic portfolio management capabilities. This role involves collaborating with clients to define requirements, design tailored solutions, and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow-based SPM processes. The consultant plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with portfolio strategies, ensuring efficient decision-making, and driving business value.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their strategic portfolio management objectives and challenges.Solution Design: Design and architect ServiceNow SPM solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring effective prioritization, resource allocation, and governance.Configuration: Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet specific SPM requirements, including creating custom modules, workflows, and dashboards.Documentation: Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation for the configured solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and transparency.Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the ServiceNow SPM solutions meet the defined requirements and adhere to quality standards.Training and Enablement: Provide training and guidance to end-users and support teams to ensure they can effectively utilize and maintain the ServiceNow SPM solutions.Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about ServiceNow updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in strategic portfolio management to recommend and implement enhancements to existing solutions.Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow SPM solutions with other systems and processes, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with the organization's strategic initiatives.Governance and Compliance: Ensure that the ServiceNow SPM solutions adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards, and implement measures to safeguard sensitive data.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and its SPM configurations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent work experience.ServiceNow certification(s) related to ServiceNow SPM or IT Business Management (ITBM).Proven experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management.Strong understanding of strategic portfolio management concepts, including project and investment prioritization, resource management, and portfolio analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.Analytical and problem-solving abilities to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) for customizations and workflow automation.Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.Experience with portfolio modeling, financial analysis, and data visualization tools is advantageous.Project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) may be beneficial.BenefitsExcellent fixed & variable compensationCoverage of up to 80% of family dependants fees.22 Working days of paid leaveGenerous Annual Training BudgetMedical Insurance for self and dependence.A signing bonusInterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
