Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Manager – Solid Waste to lead the planning and development of solid waste assets at Qiddiya. Reporting to the Director of Water and Solid Waste, in your sector you will be required to undertake planning and reporting activities, prepare design and project briefs, conduct design reviews, and provide expert advice on solid waste collection and processing technologies, industry standards and regulation.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrepare annual sector workplanAnnual, quarterly and monthly reportingThe development of policies, procedures, and standardsPreparing design and project briefsConducting design reviewsOwning demand and supply calculationsUndertaking expert analysis and presenting to senior managementIndustry stakeholder managementContractor and operator performance monitoringMaintain a watching brief on solid waste collection and processing technologies, industry standards and regulationSkillsPreferred Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline10+ years of experienceWorked in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and/or the GCCReal estate development, consultancy, contractor, or municipality services background
