Your expertise will ensure our network infrastructure is not only highly reliable and scalable but also seamlessly integrates with our cloud service offerings. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage network infrastructure in a cloud environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.Develop and maintain multi-tenant network architectures, ensuring secure and efficient operations in a cloud setting.Integrate and manage network operations with cloud management platforms like VMware Cloud Foundation, enhancing automation and efficiency in cloud deployments.Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network infrastructure aligns with business objectives and cloud service offerings.Lead network infrastructure projects, from conceptualization to implementation, including vendor management and solution evaluation.Implement and maintain network security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.Monitor network performance, conduct regular network analysis, and optimize for maximum efficiency and reliability.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network engineers and team members.QualificationsTo qualify for the role you must haveBachelor’s degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in network engineering, preferably in a cloud environment.Experience in managing and architecting multi-tenant network environments.Familiarity with cloud management platforms, specifically VMware Cloud Foundation, or similar technologies.Expert knowledge of network infrastructure.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and integrations.Knowledge of high-bandwidth, low-latency networks such as InfiniBand advantageous.Understanding of RoCE highly beneficialExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration and documentation.Ability to lead and mentor team members.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are highly advantageous.What We Look ForIf you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
