Qualifications3+ years of recruiting experience with direct sourcingWorking knowledge of modern recruiting strategiesExperience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment Ability to take initiative with little directionWhat You'll DoYou will work with clients and their leadership to develop talent attraction strategies.In this role, you will help determine hiring targets, profiles and specifications as well as recommend improvement opportunities. You will plan, coordinate and drive hiring activities. This includes overseeing the full hiring life cycle using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, posting and referrals to attract and develop candidate interest.You will also be involved and be responsible for broader value-add projects. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and share best practices and work with other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events.Who You'll Work WithYou will be based in our Riyadh office as part of our firm service professionals recruiting team.You will work in partnership with our internal clients across multiple functions in the EEMA region. You’ll gain great exposure across different client groups and will build a uniquely broad perspective of the roles that the firm has to offer.
