Job Description
1.Engage in registration process on behalf of the Contractors
Licensing department in region
2.Implement updates to registration and licensing procedures
based on instructions from Contractors Licensing department
3.Coordinate with Contractors Licensing department for the
provision of high quality customer service to contractors in region
4.Conduct survey and provide Contractors Licensing department
with customer feedback
5.Communicate messages to contractors on behalf of the
Contractors Licensing department
6.Provide Classification criteria to contractors based on
instructions from Contractors Classification department
7.Provide timely customer feedback to Contractors Classification
department
8.Outline and promote available services to customers and
stakeholders in associated regions
9.Engage with establishing relationships with key service
providers in region
10.Engage with the roll-out of services in the concerned services
in coordination with Service Directors, across the entire industry services
offering
11.Provide feedback and input to concerned departments on
effectiveness of services in the region and potential improvements that could
be introduced
12.Engage with the call center for SCA through the management and
coordination with the outsourced provider, and recommending any appropriate
actions (e.g. changing the provider) to ensure SCA is provided with the optimal
services at the best cost
13.Work alongside concerned stakeholders in SCA to identify their
requirements in terms of call center, and define appropriate knowledge required
by call center representatives to effectively delivery support to users.
14.Engage with any SCA related work defined by the branch manager
to support the regional office services.
Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields.
2. Related experience in a similar role between 1-2 years.
3. Proficient in Arabic and English.
