Roles and ResponsibilitiesReviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.Value completed work, oversee bills and arrange paymentsChecking and evaluation of Subcontractor’s variations and claimsIdentify deficiencies in contract documentsPreparation of project variations & claimsPrepare RFQ packages before send RFQ to supplier and subcontractors to make quotations.Checking and evaluation of Subcontractor’s variations and claimsProvide advice on contractual claims and disputesMake Technical Queries for any missing information (conflict and clarification) in documents.Make excel quantity break down for all items at BOQ.Education & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineer.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office.In-depth understanding of construction, materials.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent negotiating skills.Strong aptitude for numbers.
