In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home!MissionTo drive implementation of Electrolux HR plan for the sales organization in Egypt that He / She supportsKey Operational Responsibilities(Identification of job content in terms of outputs)To provide leadership on the people aspects of business plans and provide solutions to the business management on people and organizational issues.To support managers to engage their employees around the values, strategy and objectives of the business to ensure all employees within Electrolux are clear on their contribution to the business objective. Being a key player, he/she will be responsible to ensure the right capabilities for the future by implementing the Group and HR processes, tools and policies while supporting Line Managers in organization. The person will work with the HRBP to ensure that timely decisions and actions leading to the overall execution of the HR plans are made. A strong, talented individual who is willing to jump in, drive change and make a difference across the organization with a positive impact on people, culture and business. Coach, challenge/support Managers in their role on people-related processes including compensation, performance & talent management etc. Support delivery of the people processes and drive business results through identification and development of targeted HR intervention to deliver on organizational performance.Competences needed (Education / Experience / Skills / Competencies / Languages)Education:A Bachelor’s degree in Business or ManagementTechnical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office suitePreferred Career Experience:Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience as a professional or as a manager. A solid track record working within HR in Egypt, proving being capable of managing both strategic and operational HR matters to support the business needs.Soft Competencies:Excellent communication skills to be able to build up a network with customers and several internal functional areasAbility to fully understand actual and future business requirements. Ability to build relationship based on trust, contribute to building the atmosphere of cooperation and Efficiency in the team work.
