About the Role

Media.Monks is looking for a Community Manager to join our ever-growing Cairo-based team, working on a rotational shift basis.  In this role, you will leverage your communication skills to drive forward the social media communication strategy for our clients' brands to build engagement and lead community insights.


Responsibilities:
  • Work with the content teams to input on content calendars and how they come to life, including the timely publishing of social media posts.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries, across social media channels, in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Work closely with data strategists to provide monthly and quarterly reports and optimisation opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with social strategy, account management and creatives to ensure social media channels are on brand at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Analyse the conversation around the brand daily.
About YouThe essentials:
  • 3+ years of experience in Community Management.
  • Knowledge of social media good practices in terms of formats and tone of voice
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Knowledge of metrics, social listening tools and digital reports.
  • Experience in developing or implementing community manager strategies.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.
  • Excellent writing skills in English & Arabic.
