For all internal and external tools, regulates and coordinates functions of office and shop. Introduces efficient maintenance methods. Initiates and directs procedures to increase the section outputWhat you'll do:Sets plans and programs for periodic and preventive maintenance for all factory dies, molds tools, internal or external working.Supervises the execution of the maintenance plans and programs to ensure the continuity of nonstop production for long-time.Analyses dies failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable treats and reporting to operational maintenance manager.Coordinates with production and planning department the ways of failure notification to schedule repairing without stopping the production line for long-time and giving working orders for dies sections.Participates in setting technical specifications for all spare part needed to be purchased and contact the manufacturing workshop for manufacturing spare parts with special specificationsAudits weekly and monthly for all maintenance and dies activitiesSetting ways of protection for unused production dies and releasing related instructionsCoordinates with the purchasing dept. to provide mechanical and electric spare parts of the frequently consumed parts and keeping them at the warehouse to ensure their availability.Writes periodic reports on the performance of all factory dies, molds and suggesting modifications and developing techniques by the coordination with production dept.Trains workers for equipment maintaining techniques, failure causes, prevention and their remedy.Participates in manufacturing studies and solving technical problems.Designs and manufacturing dies and alternatives to increase productivity with cooperation with central manufacturing engineering and R&D.Communicates suppliers and sister factories to manufacture required spare partsFollowing all working techniques and instructions according to quality programs requirementsSets plans and programs for periodic and preventive maintenance for all factory diesManages the execution of the maintenance plans and programs to ensure the continuity of nonstop production for long-timeAnalyses dies failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable treats and reporting to operational maintenance managerCoordinating with production department the ways of failure notification to schedule repairing without stopping the production line for long-time and giving working orders for dies sectionsParticipates in setting technical specifications for all spare part needed to be purchased and contact the manufacturing workshop for manufacturing spare parts with special specificationsSets plans and programs for periodic and preventive maintenance for all factory diesManages the execution of the maintenance plans and programs to ensure the continuity of nonstop production for long-timeAnalyses dies failures, diagnosing its causes, suggesting suitable treats and reporting to operational maintenance managerCoordinates with production department the ways of failure notification to schedule repairing without stopping the production line for long-time and giving working orders for dies sectionsParticipates in setting technical specifications for all spare part needed to be purchased and contact the manufacturing workshop for manufacturing spare parts with special specificationsAudits weekly and monthly for all maintenance and dies activitiesSets ways of protection for unused production dies and releasing related instructionsImplements Lean Manufacturing project in his section. Improve safety and health condition in his area.Improve Environmental impact & implement Zero landfill waste management system.Qualifications:B.Sc. Engineering (mechanical or Production )major.3-5 years in the field of Dies and tools maintenance.Good in 2d drawing using AutoCAD. & in 3D drawing using solid works or any equivalent 3d program (prefer logo press program).Adequate experience in working on traditional machines such as (milling-turning-shaping-grinding-welding-drilling) and working in CNC machines such as (milling-wire cut-spark-drilling-turning)Have a good knowledge about sheet metal dies design , plastic injection molds design and manufacturing ways, die cast injection molds design and manufacturing ways and heat treatment process, metallurgy and material science.Prefer to have a good knowledge about thermoforming and foaming molds design andWhere you'll be:You will be based at Electrolux Manufacturing Site at 10th of Ramadan City- Sharkia Governate- Egypt.As part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
