Job Purpose Lead the Plant Integrity team in managing Asset integrity programs and related engineering support activities ensuring compliance to industry standards and codes. Lead two technical teams at Ras Shukeir: Facilities Engineering, and CIC or Integrity Management. Provide Operations support and responsible for all piping/plant modifications not covered by Projects. Responsible for the integrity of process and utility piping, vessels and above water pipeline and structural components on both offshore and onshore installations. The position is considered the Senior Technical Authority at Ras Shukair and is the owner of the Facilities Change Process (MoC). Job Responsibilities Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to ensure IM programs are fully implemented and improved where required. Maintain the on-stream inspection programs to insure integrity of piping and equipment. Ensure the anomaly management process provides the information required to adequately manage risk and that this information is communicated to the appropriate levels in the organization. Drive overdue safety critical equipment (SCE) PMs to zero. Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to ensure technical assurance of all facility repairs and modifications. Provide Engineering support to Operations for a wide range of activities, including engineering studies for proposed facility improvements. Review and comment on Project work scopes generated by third party engineering. Manage the interface with on-site contractors related to Inspections, Chemicals, Fabric maintenance and Surveys. Manage the day-to-day activity of the ROV support vessel providing subsea GVI and FMD structural inspection. Lead and/or participate in Incident Investigations as required as Member of the site Emergency Response Team and the Safety Steering Committee. Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with Cairo and other Ras Shukair Departments to review KPIs and discuss other concerns (i.e. Department PSIM, LOPC, etc.). Perform regular site visits and participate in the Self Verification process. Provide effective technical advice to the integrity team, ensuring threats are evaluated, procedures are followed, and work is completed in accordance with the company's technical procedures. Perform effective review of inspection data, results trending, and remaining life assessments; perform fitness-for-service assessments as per international standards such API 579, API RP 2SIM, DNV RP F101 etc. and provide recommendations for repair and replacement solutions. Produce engineering calculations based on engineering concepts and API/ASME standards. Education Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline Certificate: Professional Engineering Registration, Certification to API 580,510,570 and 653. CSWIP 3.1, NACE preferred.
