Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships withclients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailoredmarket entry solutions. Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple client projects, ensuringtimely and successful delivery of our services in line with client expectations. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within themarket entry domain, expanding our client base in the KSA region. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform strategies for market entry and expansion for clients. Service Delivery Excellence: Ensure the highest quality of service delivery,aligning our solutions with client needs and market trends. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, includingmarketing, research, legal, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to clientprojects. Compliance and Regulatory Understanding: Stay abreast of KSA’s businessregulatory environment to advise clients accurately and ensure compliance in alltransactions.Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to both clients and senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes. 9. Team Leadership: Support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.QualificationsBachelor Degree in management or business leading, Master degree is preferred.Professional experience in working for projects surrounding Vision 2030 3-5 years of experience in a account manager position Experience in dealing with international companies Strong understanding of the KSA market and business culture. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
