Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a front runner in designing and delivering top-tier process heating systems in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a experienced Process Engineer who will be responsible for generating, and maintaining project P&IDs as well as preparing other project related documentation such as data sheets, functional descriptions, equipment sizing, etc. the Process Engineer plays a vital role in project execution by generating, maintaining, and overseeing project P&IDs and related documentation. The Process Engineer collaborates with various teams, including sales and project management, to ensure accurate calculations, equipment selection, and adherence to project requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Review sales documentation for new projects to verify process calculations and equipment sizing conducted by the Sales Engineer.
- Create and maintain project P&IDs, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the project team to select appropriate equipment and instrumentation for project execution.
- Prepare project-related documentation, including Data Sheets, Preliminary Equipment List, Instrument Index, and Utility Consumption List.
- Size various equipment such as PSV, Blower Fans, Pumps, Tanks, Control Valves, and Combustion Ducting to meet project requirements.
- Attend project meetings as required, providing input and updates on process engineering aspects.
- Contribute to the development of department standards, procedures, and sizing worksheets to enhance departmental efficiency and output.
- Assist in new product development and design initiatives, leveraging engineering expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.TECH. / B.S.) in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Min 5 or more years of experience in Process Engineering.
- Proficiency in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer principles.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills, with the ability to develop reports, charts, and graphs.
- Basic understanding of field monitoring and measuring devices.
- Ability to make educated decisions on equipment sizing based on engineering knowledge and experience.

Job Requirements
Skills
- Proven track record of success: 10+ years' Gulf experience in Vertical Transportation, especially Elevator Technology / Conveying System / Engineering.
- Ability to manage large team of high profile Conveying Systems professionals and international elevator manufacturers.
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics or relevant industry experience.
- Finance management experience with P&L statements, budget preparation, and strategic capital planning.
- Experience leading and managing sales force, maintenance engineers, and operations personnel.
- Experience with Contract negotiations and tenders
