Senior Infrastructure Manager

Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.Responsibilities Ensure project governance is defined and maintained throughout project duration Ability to present to senior business and IT management along with independently being able to produce presentations and other updates for senior level committee Analyze and improve upon technology standards across the organization to maintain a technological and competitive edge within the market Act as primary liaison for the company’s technology vision via regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s leadership and end users Develop, track, and control the technical services annual operating and capital budgets Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analysis for technology spending and initiatives Define requirements for new technology implementations and communicate them to key business stakeholders Ensure equipment and software operation adheres to established standards, applicable laws and regulations Selecting and leading the project team and being able to independently do project planning, tracking, reporting, change management and risk assessment and control by applying the correct PM methodologies and tooling He/she ensures that the program / project are delivered within the boundaries of time, cost & quality according to the customer’s expectations and requirements Qualifications Knowledge of products offered the financial services industry, with particular focus on credit card operations laws and regulations affecting their delivery. Exceptional leadership skills to influence and drive multiple teams toward a common vision and roadmap. Strong analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3+ years of experience in product management role. Demonstrated experience creating product specifications, performing competitive analysisand/or market research BS or MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience desired. Advanced degree or equivalent and relevant technical management experience required. 5+ years of experience in financial industry and in project management or equivalent area. PMP certification (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated, strong business acumen.
