We share their goals and long-term ambitions; we’re on the same journey to create places and infrastructure which will support long term sustainable development, healthy living and vibrant communities.We are seaking a Junior Project Controls Specialist - UAE National to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Main ResponsibilitiesAssist project managers and project controls professionals in developing and maintaining project control systems, including schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.Support the implementation and utilization of project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent, to track project progress, monitor costs, and analyze performance.Collaborate with project teams to collect, analyze, and report project data, including schedule updates, cost variances, and risk assessments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information.Participate in project planning and scheduling activities, including the development of project schedules, resource allocation, and critical path analysis, to support effective project execution.Support the preparation of project status reports, presentations, and other communication materials for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting key milestones, issues, and recommendations.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in project controls methodologies and tools, and actively seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.What We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.UAE National with family book2 - 4 years of experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.Why choose AtkinsRéalisYour difference makes a difference.
