Sales Manager- Automotive Service and Repairs

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the car repair/garage sales team Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and performance Identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads RequirementsExperience in sales management in the car repair/garage industry. Valid UAE Driving License Knowledge of car repair and maintenance procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers. Analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
