Duties and responsibilities:● Develop creative and engaging content in English and Arabic for various digitalplatforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.● Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that aligns with our brand voice and resonateswith our target audience.● Produce a wide range of content types, including articles, blog posts, social media posts,email newsletters, video scripts, and more.● Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content ideas and conceptsthat support marketing campaigns and initiatives.● Translate existing content from English to Arabic and vice versa while ensuring accuracy,cultural relevance, and consistency of messaging.● Adapt content to suit the linguistic and cultural nuances of the target audience in eachlanguage.● Contribute to the development of content strategies and editorial calendars to supportmarketing and business objectives.● Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, andaudience preferences to inform content strategy and planning.● Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it meets best practices forreadability and accessibility.● Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvementand inform future content decisions.● Proofread and edit content to ensure it is error-free, grammatically correct, and meetsbrand guidelines and style standards.● Ensure all content complies with copyright and data protection regulations.● Have experience with using AI tools effectively.● Experience in writing British English is a plusRequired Skills:● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.● Proven experience (3-5) as a content creator or similar role, with a strong portfolioshowcasing content in both Arabic and English.● Native-level proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent writing, editing, andproofreading skills.● Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and content marketing strategies.● Strong research skills and the ability to generate creative ideas for content.● Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with social mediamanagement tools.● An understanding of SEO best practices.● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in across-functional team environment.● Detail-oriented with a keen eye for grammar, punctuation, and consistency.● Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.● Strong listening and communication skills.● The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.● Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
