They assist in managing various aspects of change management, including planning, organizing, and controlling the transformation process. The Senior Executive excels in interpersonal communication and possesses excellent oral and written skills. They build and maintain trusted relationships with peers both within and outside the organization, fostering collaboration at all levels.Responsibilities Answering telephone calls in a professional manner at all times Accepting packages and liaising with visitors. Handling correspondence of a confidential nature and ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times. Maintaining all records for incoming and outgoing mails and packages Obtaining quotations for cost comparison and liaising with vendors for timely procurement of office supplies Perform duties, such as taking care of plants or straightening magazines to maintain lobby or reception area. Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents. Ticketing, hotel booking and logistics planning for office events Handling new hire visa submissions and renewal of visas for existing employees on the DMCC portal. Coordinating with the guards on duty to make sure that all security protocols are followed. Maintaining attendance record and sending Late to Office notifications to the employees Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation. Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares non-routine letters and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature. Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and institutions on operational matters concerning the Office. Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events; coordinates and attends management as well as departmental meetings, and participates in discussions, as appropriate. Oversees the operation of office accounts, and plans and monitors expenditures; as appropriate, develops and/or coordinates budgets for the office and associated accounts. Maintaining calendars and travel arrangements, screening, analyzing, and responding to incoming correspondence, handling day-to-day problems and situations, and provision of secretarial support to the Regional Leader / Managing Director. Provides assistance in the understanding and interpretation of company policies and procedures, as appropriate, and ensures that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions and standards. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded Develop excellent quality content Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience Qualifications We’re looking for candidates who - A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Business or any relevant degree. Previous relevant experience will be a plus factor. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively. Ability to gather data, compile information, prepare and maintain reports Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management. Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple tasks. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and/or data entry skills. Knowledge of office management principles and procedures. Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues. Knowledge of general accounting principles. Knowledge of human resources administration principles and practices. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
