We encourage you to apply and start a conversation with one of our recruiters.For more information, please visit www.lifera.com.saMain Purpose And Key ResponsibilitiesMain Purpose:Governance/board secretary servicesGeneral corporate legal servicesKey Responsibilities: Governance/Board Secretary Services: including but not limited to attending meetings with the General Legal Counsel, distribute meeting agendas and supporting documents, take meeting minutes, prepare resolutions, maintain and file records properly and ensure passed resolutions/recommendations are addressed, monitor deadlines (internal or statutory requirements), support the board for arranging logistics and travel arrangements, liaising with the Public Investment Fund on matters such as: (i) annual Board and Sub-Committee remuneration and allowances; (ii) quarterly reports; (iii) governance frameworks compliance; and (iv) address regular PIF portfolio company requirements. Day-to-day legal services: including but not limited to legal research and analysis, document review and drafting, legal support to senior attorneys, contractual management by maintaining files, documents, monitoring deadlines, court dates and procedural requirements.Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseBachelor's degree in law2-4 years experience.Excellent drafting skills, legal research ability, knowledge of governance and general standard business acumen, ideally board secretary experience, fluent English and Arabic speaker
