About The RoleTo assist in managing the day-to-day workshop operations, you'll lead diverse teams of Mechanical/Electrical, and Welders. Your role encompasses ensuring optimal productivity, tracking warranties, managing repair orders, preventive maintenance, and stock level management. Additionally, you'll oversee other essential tasks vital to smooth operations.About YouIdeal candidate would have the following: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering within an automotive discipline / O&G will be preferredExperience in heavy vehicle workshop and heavy equipment maintenance field from 8 to 10 yearsShall be able to understand, define, and explain complex vehicle and equipment operating/service manualsFluency in written and verbal English, preference will be given to Arabic-speaking candidatesMust be proficient/knowledgeable in using ERP SystemsMust be residing in Kuwait
